Terms of Use

Effective October 13, 2026

These terms apply to the impruvio app, made by Lukáš Olbrecht (Czech Republic). If you got impruvio from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins.

Using impruvio

impruvio is free to use. Use it for yourself and be decent in the friends feature: no impersonating others, no offensive names or pictures. We may remove content or accounts that break this.

impruvio Plus

Not medical advice

impruvio helps you track habits; it is not medical, psychological or addiction treatment. If you're struggling with an addiction or your health, please talk to a professional.

Screen time limits

Screen time features rely on Apple's Screen Time and Android's usage statistics. They can lag behind by a few minutes and may not block every app in every situation.

Your data

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

The app as it is

impruvio is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new date. Czech law applies, without taking away consumer protection you have where you live. Questions: impruvio.app@gmail.com.
